Can I place a same day order?
Currently, you cannot place a same-day order on our website, but we will always try to accommodate if we are able! 

Can I place my board in the refrigerator overnight?
Though we have many clients who do this with no complaints, it is always best to consume our boards day of to ensure they’re in prime condition and maintain optimal freshness. If you intend to do this, kindly let us know so we can wrap up your order accordingly!

Do you have any pickup locations for your boards/boxes?
Yes! Pickup locations may be selected at checkout.

Do you deliver outside of Houston?
We deliver to the greater Houston area and some surrounding cities. If you have questions about your delivery location, please feel free to send us an email.

How does delivery work?
Our delivery schedule is Mon-Wed from 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm and Thurs-Sun from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Our driver will contact you at the number you provide to let you know the ETA, and again when your order has been delivered. Please also let us know any delivery instructions!

I have to cancel my order at the last minute, can I get a refund?
Our planning process for each order begins 5-7 days out, unfortunately, we cannot give full refunds, as perishable food/product by this point has already been purchased. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, a 50% refund will be issued. If cancelling in less than 48 hours, no refund will be issued.

I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
We can definitely accommodate, however, cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur even though we are super cautious. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.  

Does my charcuterie board order come on a wooden board?
Yes! All charcuterie board orders include a complimentary wooden board unless otherwise specified. Custom wooden boards are available for an additional fee.
